After years of construction and development,domestic and international informatics research fields and theoretical systems have been formed.The research fields and theoretical systems within the discipline of informatics can show the current research focus and hot spots,the maturity of informatics development and the future development trend of informatics.With the development of the Internet,contemporary information science presents a multi-dimensional and cross-disciplinary development trend in the universal academic background of interdisciplinary and wide application.Regardless of the breadth and depth of research expansion,research cooperation behavior and research hotspots are in the process of dynamic change.This article finds research hotspots in the field of information science in recent years from the perspective of keywords in the thesis,and clusters these keywords to assist researchers in understanding various research fields of information science in depth.Word expansion helps researchers to grasp the outline of a field more comprehensively.Based on the papers included in the Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index CSSCI and published between 1998 and 2019,this paper conducts research on keywords in the field of informatics.The full text mainly does the following work: First,based on the method of statistical analysis,pre-process the paper records in the field of information science,find out the high-frequency keywords in the field of information science,and determine the research object of this article,and then based on The co-occurrence matrix performs a series of visual analysis,centrality analysis,and cluster analysis to determine the core research areas in the field of informatics and the classification and summary of high-frequency keywords;at the same time,construct time-series keywords and understand by analyzing high-frequency time-series keywords The evolution of hot research topics divides the current research topics into four different research topics.Then,with the help of Chinese word vectors,construct a semantic network of keywords and a similarity matrix of high-frequency keywords to find the internal relationship between keywords;based on the similarity expansion of word vectors,cluster analysis of high-frequency keywords is performed,so that The results are no longer limited to limited high-frequency keywords,and the research direction with more development value and development space in the future is obtained;weights are set for the co-occurrence results and a superposition analysis of Chinese word vectors is performed.Finally,determine the English standard form of high-frequency keywords,perform centrality analysis,clustering analysis based on similarity expansion,and superposition analysis of English word vectors,and compare the analysis results with the previous chapter.The main conclusions include:(1)Bibliometrics and citation analysis are closely linked and have a relatively close relationship with statistical analysis,which shows that the research on bibliometrics and citation analysis is more concerned,and research in these two fields is also inseparable from statistics Analytical method.In addition,competitive intelligence and visualization are closely linked and are all related to social network analysis,which is also consistent with the knowledge of social network analysis.From the results of keyword cluster analysis,high-frequency keywords can be roughly divided into four categories: information analysis,document measurement,library science,and information retrieval.(2)The use of word vector expansion has obtained many sub-fields,research methods and technical means,researchers or research institutions,and disciplines that conduct cross-research on informatics.At the same time,compared with the keywords extracted from academic papers in Chapter 3,many keywords expanded based on word vectors did not appear in the keyword set before or after filtering in Chapter 3.For example: government information services,public opinion research and judgment,competitor monitoring,Bao Changhuo,etc.These words are keywords with research significance in the field of information science,indicating that keyword expansion based on word vectors is a useful supplement to the keywords extracted based on academic papers in Chapter 3.
