In human-computer interaction,users use various devices,such as mouse,keyboard,tablet and stylus,etc.Among them,the way of using stylus to write on the tablet is favored and valued by most people because it conforms to people's writing habits and is simple to use.However,the tablet is inconvenient to carry and has the limitation of writing space and writing plane,so it cannot meet the needs of people to input information into electronic devices anytime and anywhere.The use of air handwriting trajectory restoration system for information input is not limited by writing plane and writing space,and it can even be written in the air,which greatly improves the convenience of People's Daily life.Therefore,the research on air handwriting trajectory restoration system has become an important topic for researchers.Paper air handwritten trajectory reduction system was studied,through studying the principle of inertial navigation system,gradually elaborated the air handwritten trajectory reduction need to using coordinate transformation,the inertial measuring element measured acceleration and angular velocity of the carrier of coordinate system data can be converted into acceleration data in geographic coordinate system,then the acceleration data are integral to get the speed of the motion vector data,and the speed data points to get the displacement of the motion vector in three-dimensional space.By JY-61 modules and equipment in the stylus pen position to detect air motion trajectory of handwritten pen nib,and by adding on the handwritten pen refers to the hardware part of the unique design of fixed the relative position of the user's hand and pen,JY-61 module in detecting motion data without redundant movement data,at the same time JY-61 module by module internal processor of MPU6050 measured acceleration data kalman filtering processing,automatic acceleration random error in the data.In the process of program development of the upper computer,the zero bias error in the acceleration data and the accumulated error in the calculation process are analyzed and eliminated.Support vector machine(SVM)algorithm was applied to air the recognition of handwritten trajectory,the three axis displacement data input into the support vector machine(SVM)in order to train,through the data normalization,at the same time to choose the appropriate kernel functions for support vector machine(SVM)and choosing appropriate parameters of support vector machine(SVM)algorithm will support vector machine classifier has the highest test accuracy,the final will be trajectory recognition program reduction program and integrate,complete air handwritten trajectory reduction system based on support vector machine(SVM),the basic design purpose,the thesis also pointed out the deficiency of the system and the direction of the later can try.
