With the rapid change of electronic technology,electronic systems tend to be highly integrated and automated.In the process of operation,the electronic system is susceptible to the influence of temperature,environment and other factors,resulting in various faults,which will affect the production of industry and agriculture and the normal operation of equipment,and even endanger the safety of life and property.Therefore,the research on fault diagnosis system of electronic system has high practical significance and application value.Since it is difficult to set up detection points in the motor system,non-contact method is adopted to analyze the fault of the motor system.The non-contact method can be used to detect the electromagnetic radiation generated by the equipment when it is working.The electromagnetic characteristic data generated in the working process of the motor can be obtained through the antenna,and then the corresponding data can be analyzed to establish the electromagnetic characteristic database and realize the fault discrimination.Through the comparison and analysis of several common methods,it is proved that the fault diagnosis system based on multi-wavelet electromagnetic characteristics method has good accuracy and effectiveness.The main contents of the paper include the following four aspects:1.The existing methods and technologies of fault diagnosis system are analyzed and studied,and the overall framework of this paper is proposed.This paper mainly analyzes several common fault signal acquisition methods of electronic system,including current method,vibration method,temperature method and electromagnetic radiation characteristic method,and selects electromagnetic radiation characteristic method as the fault signal acquisition method in this paper.2.Hardware and software design of the fault diagnosis system.The hardware system includes the design of signal receiving antenna,artificial power network,signal receiving module and signal transmission module.The design of software algorithm includes the use of GHM(Geronimo Hardin Massopust)multi-wavelet transform to realize signal feature extraction,the use of k-means analysis algorithm to cluster the extracted data,the construction of electromagnetic radiation feature library,as well as the design of graphical user interface,and the construction of a complete fault diagnosis system based on multi-wavelet electronic system.3.By using wavelet transform,wavelet transform and cluster analysis to analyze data,and compared the wavelet transform and wavelet transform denoising effect,found that many of the wavelet transform method can better to extract the fault feature information,and then use the clustering analysis method was carried out on the failure data classification,will be a combination of these,realized based on multiwavelet transform and the fault diagnosis method of combining clustering method.4.After completing the basic software and hardware system design,select the electric lifting rod as an example,carry out field measurement of the system,and study the working principle and failure mechanism analysis of the electric lifting rod.Since the electromagnetic radiation of the motor is mainly concentrated in the lower frequency band,the collected data are processed in different frequency bands based on the characteristics of the electromagnetic radiation test data.As the electromagnetic radiation in the lower frequency band has a small space attenuation and is easy to detect,the electromagnetic radiation signal below 1GHz is mainly studied.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional fault diagnosis system,the proposed fault diagnosis method can shorten the diagnosis time and improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis and recognition.Through the research of system software and hardware design and the corresponding algorithm,choose a type of electric lifting lever for example to carry out the test and research,to analyze the frequency spectrum of the signal,the comparison test with other methods,compared with the traditional fault diagnosis methods,shorten the time of fault diagnosis,improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis,verify the electronic system of fault diagnosis system based on multiwavelet is feasible and innovative.Moreover,it has been successfully applied in the fault maintenance and diagnosis system of a certain enterprise and has a good application prospect.
