In recent years,health and safety management issues in the home environment have received increasing attention.With the development of its technology,UWB radar is widely used in the military and civilian fields,especially in the fields of medical care and security protection.Compared with other types of radars,UWB radars has the characteristics of low power consumption,strong anti-interference ability,strong penetration ability,and good range resolution.It has advantages in the capture of small signals and target recognition.Therefore,this paper studies the non-contact vital sign detection algorithm and multi-target recognition algorithm based on UWB radar in the home environment.And then based on the application of the above two algorithms,a family health and safety data management system is designed in this paper.The main research contents and innovations are as follows:1.A Harmonic Multiple Loop Detection(HMLD)algorithm applied to non-contact vital sign detection is proposed in this paper.This algorithm uses the multiple relationship between the second harmonic component and the fundamental component and the cyclic spectrum update operation to extract the frequency of the breathing and heartbeat in the radar echo signal.Then,the algorithm comparison experiments of HMLD algorithm and three existing algorithms are carried out.Experimental results show that the HMLD algorithm reduces the algorithm detection time and the requirements on the environment and equipment while ensuring that the error is less than 5.83%.Finally,a real-time vital sign detection system based on the HMLD algorithm is designed in this paper,which realizes the real-time detection of the vital signs and position information.2.In order to meet the filtering and classification needs of multi-target recognition applications,multiple radar signal processing algorithms and deep learning networks are combined to achieve moving target recognition for 0-5 people.First,the original data set from the UWB radar module is processed by various filtering algorithm.Second,the filtered radar data set is trained and tested in four neural networks.The accuracy of the four neural networks is above 90%,and the accuracy of the VGG19 is 97.9%.Experimental results prove that the multi-target recognition algorithm used in this paper can effectively achieve multi-target recognition.3.A health and safety data management system in the home environment based on the application of the above two algorithms is completed by using Web technology in this paper.The system mainly includes such functions as account management,personal information management,family group management,recording and display of health data,and display of health knowledge.Then,the system is subjected to functional tests and performance tests.The results show that the system can meet the current needs of health and safety data management in the home environment.
