A Study Of Interdisciplinary Learning Interest Based On Book Borrowing Behavior

With the rapid development of science and technology,during the process of development,the problem confronted by economic society is also more complex,single discipline can not solve the current complicated problem,while the inter-cross and integration of disciplines have become the source of talent cultivation and technology innovation,and the research on the interest of interdisciplinary learning has been increasingly focused by people.Books are the important source of people to acquire information,while library in colleges and universities is the spiritual treasury of human.However,it is difficult to have quantization on the study interest and knowledge flow of current university students,which lacks of qualitative characterization data,besides,there is none of reference base to guide interdisciplinary study in colleges and universities,and meanwhile,in some libraries there,there is lacking of comment by users,and none of recommendation to personalized books.As to this research,it takes the library of Northwest Normal University as an example,regards the book borrowing behavior as the presentation of study interest of students,explores the behavior and preference of students on interdisciplinary study,and puts forward recommendation method for personalized books on the basis of interest,which can provide theoretical basis for the establishment of interdisciplinary books in colleges and universities,cultivation of interest of students,recommendation of wisdom books,and cultivation of comprehensive books.It can be divided into the following three aspects:(1)Analysis on the scaling law of book borrowing behavior.It exposes the behavior and interest law of human,which has been always wildly focused by the society,and besides,the qualitative analysis on human behavior is the basis to understand complex system.In this thesis,as to the interdisciplinary borrowing data in library,starting from the characteristics of time statistics of behavior dynamics,it has research on the borrowing time,and interval time between borrowing and returning of group and individual,and memorability,paroxysmal,and activeness of group,so that it can explore the law and feature of behavior of interdisciplinary study.It can get the conclusions that there is periodicity on the borrowing time of group,the borrowing time of individual subjects to power-law distribution,the power exponentvalue of interval time between borrowing and returning is lower than ordinary borrowing behavior,there are features of high paroxysmal and low memorability for the interdisciplinary borrowing behavior,and there is positive correlation between the activeness and interval time of borrowing.(2)Construction and analysis on the interest network of interdisciplinary study.Starting from the borrowing times,it regards the books of other disciplines borrowed by students as the presentation of interest of disciplinary study to construct the interest network of interdisciplinary study,and then,it starts from the topological attribute of complex network to analyze the law and feature of interest of interdisciplinary study.Finally,it can get the conclusions that there is difference for the extensiveness and intensity of study interest of students with different backgrounds,there is great influence of disciplines of arts in the network,there is similarity of the study interests of students from different majors,there is high aggregation in the network,and there is association for the interest of disciplinary study.(3)Research on the recommendation of interdisciplinary books on the basis of interest.It can construct the interest model and calculate the score data of interest from the perspectives of borrowing time,and borrowing times,and besides,it also verifies the effectiveness of model to solve the problem of lacking of score data of book borrowing in colleges and universities.At the same time,it puts forward the recommendation method on the basis of deep learning,takes the feature data of users and books as the deep features to input and extract data,and by means of training model,it can predict the books that users may be interested,and then have interdisciplinary book recommendation.By means of contrast experiment,it can verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this recommendation method,which provides a reference basis for personalized book recommendation in colleges and universities.
