In recent years,with the popularity of smart mobile devices,location-based service(LBS)has become more and more popular among users.The premise of the LBS service is to access the real-time geographic information of the users.If the location information is leaked,it will violate the user's location privacy and the user's privacy information related to the location.It is a hot topic in the current privacy protection research to protect the location service quality while protecting the user's location and other privacy information from being disclosed.Domestic and foreign researchers have proposed various privacy protection schemes to protect the privacy of location services.However,most privacy protection schemes do not consider the road network environment or do not protect the location privacy of users in a personalized way.Therefore,this paper has carried out a series of researches on the deficiencies of existing location protection schemes,and the specific work is introduced as follows(1)V-L privacy protection algorithm is proposed,which can protect the location privacy and query privacy of users.Since most of the current privacy protection method based on the location service only focus on the user's location privacy,when protecting location privacy,road network space is not considered.If the anonymous area has only one road segment,the problem of road segment attacks occurs,and when the anonymous set proposes When most of the query content belongs to the same category,homogeneous attacks are prone to occur.Aiming at the above problems,this paper proposes a new privacy protection algorithm based on(K,L)anonymous model.The algorithm first uses the Voronoi diagram to treat the highway network as an independent Voronoi diagram unit or called the V zone,and uses the V zone as the user's real location to protect the user's location privacy.At the same time,to protect the user's query privacy,in the user's current V zone Select K other users to form an anonymous group.These K users must ensure that there are L different query categories,so that the anonymous centralized query content has obvious differences,and the risk of query privacy leakage is reduced.(2)A location privacy protection algorithm DP-LP is proposed,which can personally protect the location privacy of users.Because the privacy protection degree of the existing privacy protection scheme is the same for all users,it may lead to the privacy protection degree of the service quality is too low,or the system privacy protection degree is too low,leading to the privacy disclosure of users.The algorithm of this paper takes the number of users checked in at this location as the system leakage degree,and numerically weights geographic attributes and private attributes to form the user's privacy requirements.The two are compared to determine whether sharing the current location meets the users' privacy requirements If the user's privacy requirements are met,the user can directly share the location.If not,the system will give the user a security reminder.It is recommended to choose another location provided by the system to share.The experiments show that the two algorithms proposed in this paper can effectively and personally protect the user's location privacy and query privacy.
