With the rapid development of science and technology,human beings have gradually entered the era of the Internet of Things.Connect people to people,people to things,things to things closely through the network,then all things will be connected and information exchange will be real-time,which will greatly facilitate people's daily life.However,there is a problem in front of people,that is how to power many sensors! RF energy harvesting technology solves this problem well.With the rapid development of wireless communication technology,base stations and wireless communication terminal equipment can be seen everywhere,which greatly increases the electromagnetic wave energy density in the environment.At the same time,with the development of semiconductor technology,electronic devices have gradually achieved miniaturization and low power consumption.This makes it possible to collect electromagnetic energy in the environment to power electronic devices.This not only solves the power supply problem of electronic devices,but also saves energy.This paper designs a miniaturized broadband RF energy collection system.By studying the real frequency parameter method,the design of the LC matching circuit is completed,and the LC matching circuit is converted into a microstrip matching circuit.Introducing a defective structure on the floor of the matcher greatly reduces the volume of the matching circuit and realizes the miniaturization of the system.The design of the system's collecting antenna was completed,and the design and processing of the 1.6-2.6GHz band wideband dipole antenna was completed.This paper implements the design,physical production,welding,and testing of the RF energy collection system in the broadband environment,and analyzes and summarizes the test results.The expected design goals have been achieved,and environmental RF energy has been collected on a wide frequency band of 1.62-2.52 GHz(covering GSM-1800 / 4G,3G / UMTS-2100,WLAN,etc.).The work of this article is mainly divided into the following parts:(1)A detailed analysis and summary of the development background and research significance of environmental RF energy collection technology,and a systematic discussion of the current development status at home and abroad,introducing future development trends and application environments(2)The overall structure,components,functions of each part,and the interrelationship between each part are introduced in detail.According to the design requirements and working characteristics of this paper,the working index of the circuit and the composition of each part are determined.At the same time,the selection of rectifier devices is completed.(3)The real frequency parameter algorithm is used to complete the design of the LC matching circuit,and it is converted into a microstrip structure matching circuit.At the same time,the characteristics of the defective ground structure were studied and studied,and the defect ground structure was successfully introduced into the matching circuit to achieve miniaturization.(4)Perform physical processing and welding on each designed module,test each part separately,and summarize and analyze the measurement results.Completed the construction of the system experimental platform,and tested the overall working performance of the designed RF energy collection system.The measured results are basically consistent with the design goals.
