Promoting the deep integration of informatization and industrialization"is the strategic goal clearly put forward in the report of the 18th National Congress of the CPC.As the foundation of information technology industry,chip industry plays an increasingly critical role in this process.All industries in the national economy will not only benefit from the industrial linkage with the chip industry,but also face the crisis of industrial vulnerability when the chip industry is impacted.How to conduct a comprehensive and objective study on the vuInerability of chip dependent industries in China,and how to prevent and control the inducement and spread of the vulnerability in China's chip dependent industries,has become a key issue of social concern.Based on this,this paper firstly points out the current problems of these industries based on the development of chip and related industries.Secondly,in order to screen the chip dependent industries,starting from the input-output theory,we construct the chip dependence coeficient to screen out 12 chip dependent industries led by the motor industry and quantify the relationship between these industries.Thirdly,on the basis of the chip dependent industry in our country,the main factors that affect the vulnerability of chip dependent industry in our country are confirmed by regression analysis using the actual industrial data.On this basis,in order to further explore the static characteristics and dynamic evolution process of the industry vulnerability in China's chip dependent industry system,a directed weighted network of chip dependent industry is constructed through the theory of complex network.On the one hand,through the static vulnerability analysis,it is confirmed that China's chip dependent industrial networks have significant scale-free characteristics in terms of topology.Through two modes of random attack and intentional attack against industrial network nodes,it is identified that the instrument industry,radio and television equipment,radar and supporting equipment industry have high industrial vulnerability risks,which need to be focused on prevention and control.On the other hand,this paper constructs an industrial dynamics model to simulate the dynamic evolution process of chip dependent industry vulnerability in China,and explores the evolution law of chip dependent industry vulnerability in China.It is found that the stronger the spread industry vulnerability,the stronger the dynamic spread ability of chip dependent industry in China,and the greater the loss of network.It is a feasible strategy to control and reduce the vulnerability of chip dependent industries by adjusting the ratio index of current account surplus to GDP,the year-on-year growth rate of main business income,the balance of payments ratio and the year-on-year growth rate of net Industrial receivablesFinally,based on the research results of chip dependent industry vulnerability in China,the strategy of prevention,control and reduction of industry vulnerability is proposed.This study is of great significance to define the establishment of methods and standards for China's chip dependent industry,the application of complex networks in the study of industrial vulnerability,and to explore how to identify,prevent and reduce the effectiveness of dynamic evolution of industrial vulnerability by regulating the main factors affecting the vulnerability of China's chip dependent industry in practice.
