Multi-beam antennas are widely used in satellite communication,radar guidance,electronic countermeasure and other fields.Especially in recent years,with the development of 5G communication technology,Massive MIMO technology is an effective solution to realize 5G communication.Therefore,for a long time,scholars at home and abroad have been very enthusiastic about multi-beam antennas.There are three common types of multi-beam antennas: phased array antenna,parabolic reflector antenna and lens antenna,each of which has advantages and disadvantages.Comparatively speaking,,multi-beam lens antenna has many excellent characteristics in millimeter wave band,such as small size,low cost,wide frequency band,wide beam coverage and good beam consistency,which is also the focus of this thesis.In this thesis,a novel Ka band dual-circularly polarized multi-beam integrated lens antenna is studied.A miniaturized,simple and easy-to-implement dual-circularly polarized feed antenna with a central operating frequency of 30 GHz is proposed.Based on this feed antenna,a 17-beam dual circularly polarized feed array is designed.Both of the single-beam feed antenna and the multi-beam feed array have good broadband characteristics,the axial ratio bandwidth of which can achieve 42.77%.Then,adopting a Teflon material homogeneous dielectric spherical lens,a Ka band dual-circularly polarized single-beam lens antenna and the dual-circularly polarized multi-beam lens antenna are optimized and designed respectively with the help of professional high frequency simulation software HFSS.The gain of single-beam and multi-beam lens antennas varies between 21.85-25.45 dBi in the operating frequency.Furthermore,the key components of the phase-shifting feed network of the integrated lens antenna are studied,and a phase-reconfigurable power divider is proposed.The power divider can achieve from one input road to two output road and adjust the phase difference between two output ports by controlling the voltage of loaded varactor on the each output road.The phase difference can change from-40 ° to + 40 ° among 27.5 28.5 GHz frequency band.At the same time,the difference of amplitude of insertion loss between two output ports can keep it small.
