With the rapid development of human-computer interaction and human's constant exploration of information space,the emergence of massive data results in the expansion of information space.Users often get lost in the information space,unable to efficiently obtain the required information,and cannot quickly establish associations between pages and information viewports.Users may have visual perception uncontinuity in the process of navigation.This phenomenon is called "Getting Lost",which seriously affects users' efficiency to obtain decision-making information clues in information space.The issue of "Getting Lost" and information navigation have become the focus of current HCI and information visualization research.Through various research,we found that the key to solving "Getting Lost" is to increase the visual perception continuity during page rendering process.Combining visual perceptual continuity theory with visual navigation technology can help to provide innovative ideas and new research directions for solving the problem of "Getting Lost" in information spaceIn order to solve the problem of "Getting Lost",an information space visual navigation design method which called "Color Clue-Perception Landmark" is proposed.This method combining color clue strategy with perceptual landmark technology,takes full use of the characteristics of "Color Clue-Perception Landmark" in visual cognition and processing mechanisms,as well as the technical advantages in increasing visual perception continuity,so that to effectively reduce the phenomenon of "Getting Lost" in the information space and improve the performance of decision-making in visual navigation processIn order to explore the effect of "Color Clue-Perception Landmark" information space visual navigation design method on increasing visual perception continuity and improving visual navigation decision-making performance,the corresponding experiments have been carried out by using the eye tracker.The results showed that the "Color Clue-Perception Landmark" visual navigation design method significantly increased the visual perception continuity during page rendering process,and effectively improved the efficiency and accuracy of decision-making during the visual navigation processFinally,the "Color Clue-Perception Landmark" visual navigation design method is applied to the visualization design on the basis of theoretical and experimental research.Through the combination of theory and practice,it lays a solid foundation for future related research,and provides methodological guidance and reference for future information space visual navigation design...
