The rapid development of multimedia information technology and products is due to the rapid changes of the Internet,and the lives of the people have changes dramatically with the advancement of science and technology.The storage of image information has become more and more convenient and fast,and the form has become more and more abundant.The people enjoy the convenience brought by multimedia information technology,but the problem of information security has become increasingly prominent.Traditional encryption technology is a security guarantee in the communication process.The point is that the encrypted information is presented in the form of unrecognized data strings,which easily exposes the fact of encrypted data transmission,and the existence of encrypted data cannot be protected well.Although it is difficult for a malicious and illegal attacker to crack the contents of encrypted data,communication can't be completed normally through a series of active attack methods such as interception,interference,and destruction.The importance of data hiding technology is getting higher and higher.On the one hand,data hiding technology is a supplement to and expansion of traditional encryption technology,and does not replace traditional encryption technology;on the other hand,digital watermarking can effectively solve problems such as infringement of works and tampering with works,and can protect the rights and interests of legal owners to a greater extent.Data hiding technology is one of the research hotspots in the field of information security.This paper is dedicated to the research of image steganography.Based on previous research,two secret data hiding schemes are proposed:(1)The data hiding scheme with high security and large capacity based on mini-Sudoku matrix(MSM)is proposed.The scheme has the characteristics of simple flow,strong expandability,high embedding capacity,high image quality and high security.The process of this scheme is simple: the high repeatability of the elements in MSM is fully utilized.Not only the mapping value in MSM is embedded with two secret data,but also the horizontal and vertical coordinates of MSM are embedded with two secret data to increase the embedding capacity.First,the embedding capacity can be further increased by expanding the size of MSM elements.Second,The data hiding scheme can be extended to other magic matrix,such as: turtle shell matrix,traditional Sudoku matrix.Thirdly,it is not only suitable for gray image,but also for color image.The experimental results show that the embedding capacity and image quality of this scheme are better than those proposed before.The embedding rate can reach 2 bpp,and the peak signal to noise ratio(PSNR)can remain stable and larger than 46 dB under the condition of the maximum embedding capacity.(2)The data hiding scheme based on side match vector quantization(SMVQ)and searchorder code(SOC)is proposed.In this scheme,the vector quantization(VQ)image is compressed by SMVQ technology to reduce redundancy,and then the image is recompressed by SOC.In the embedding process,the embedding capacity of image is changed dynamically by threshold to meet different embedding capacity requirements.The experimental results show that the proposed scheme can improve the embedding capacity and reduce the image distortion.
