Since the beginning of the 21st century,the number of domestic industrial and commercial enterprises has grown in a blowout style.However,in the face of the fast-paced life of people today,the contradiction between the proliferation of management services and the inefficiency caused by heavy work tasks is more prominent.With new requirements for management,it has also brought new challenges and pressures to the administrative department of industry and commerce.In addition,industrial and commercial files belong to the internal confidential files of the industrial and commercial departments.Once the information is leaked,it will not only damage the social image of related companies and government departments,but also bring serious property losses and other unknown risks,so how to better guarantee The security of these industrial and commercial files is an important task to be solved urgently in the current file management system.In response to the above problems,this paper relies on the rapid development of electronic information technology and the actual needs of a business organization to closely integrate business and technology to design and implement an industrial and commercial archives management system based on B/S architecture mode,which includes archive processing,internal Inquire,move in and move out,the system sets up 4 subsystems.Based on php and JS languages,combined with symfony framework for development on Phpstorm platform.This paper realizes the function of unified identity authentication by combining CAS technology,and realizes the resource sharing and collaborative office of all the subsystems in the entire industrial and commercial file management system,which not only simplifies the process of staff handling business,but also reduces the steps for logging in multiple systems Trouble,also avoid code redundancy,cut down maintenance costs;at the same time,this paper analyzes the lack of image encryption mechanism in other information management systems,and proposes the use of Logistic-Sine coupling mapping(2D)chaotic system to generate chaotic sequences According to its combination of scrambling and diffusion operations,the pixels of the original image are scrambled and gray-scale transformed.Experiments show that the algorithm has excellent performance in improving the security of business files and anti-attack capabilitiesCompared with many researches related to archives management today,this article mainly aims to upgrade the original C/S structure into a B/S structure based on the actual needs of a provincial industrial and commercial bureau,and realize the standard management process of paperless archives.Combining the current mainstream authentication methods and image encryption algorithms makes the research more practical.The research and use of the industrial and commercial file system can not only improve the user's office efficiency and the maintenance cost of the administrator,but also improve the system security to a certain extent and more effectively ensure the security of the file.
