The profound application of Internet technology in business has subverted the development model of traditional industries and spawned e-commerce.The development of mobile Internet promotes the prosperity of O2 O e-commerce.At present,O2 O e-commerce model is gradually being applied in a number of business fields.The takeout APP platform is a business form that successfully uses O2 O.Combined with the use of outbound apps in daily life and a series of research and data analysis on O2 O takeout,the author finds that the successful operation of a takeout APP cannot be separated from the implementation of effective communication strategies.This paper aims at the development status of O2 O takeout in the context of mobile e-commerce,taking "Meituan WaiMai" APP,which currently occupies the largest market share,as the main research object,tries to carry out research on its communication strategy,and proposes innovative Suggestions,in the hope of providing useful reference for the development of other similar O2 O e-commerce.
