In China,the credit monitoring system has been initially established,but there are still problems such as imperfect system,imperfect system and inflexible operation.The emergence of these problems indicates that China's credit monitoring system needs further improvement.This paper innovatively combines big data technology design and implementation of a bank credit risk assessment and decision support system.First plan the entire system.And the preliminary investigation of the current bank management system,the feasibility study of the system,the reasonable setting of system goals and needs.Second,systematic analysis.Through the analysis of relevant business processes,decision support technology is the main one.The specific technology includes the use of big data related algorithms to evaluate and monitor the bank credit risk users.Then the system design and structure were constructed,and the main modules in the system were designed,including six functional modules: user information management,credit data management,credit risk assessment,credit decision and approval,lending management and post-loan management.And the system database is designed in detail.The system development technology uses three-tier architecture technology,using the.Net development platform,combined with SQL Server 2016 database technology.At the same time,considering the core business of bank credit risk assessment and decision support system,it is attributed to the quantitative evaluation of bank customer credit rating and as the decision-making basis for banks to accept customer credit business.Based on this,this paper applies big data algorithm technology to the system.A credit evaluation model based on user big data is constructed.The model is based on C5.0 decision tree algorithm from five dimensions of identity characteristics,behavior characteristics,interpersonal network,performance ability and credit history.The purpose of accurate rating.In the implementation of the system function module,the implementation process of the six functional modules of user information management,credit data management,credit risk assessment,credit decision and approval,lending management and post-loan management is introduced.Specific interface diagrams and flowcharts,and a reasonable explanation of the corresponding content of these images.Finally,the system was tested in detail,and the specific functions of each functional module were tested reasonably.It was found that all functions were stable and reasonable,andcould meet various needs.The innovation of this paper is to integrate the decision support technology and big data related algorithms into the bank credit risk assessment,instead of the manpower audit,the review speed is fast,saving a lot of manpower and material resources.And the adopted C5.0 decision tree is very compatible with the bank's system in the mining of users.The bank credit risk assessment and decision support system achieves an accurate assessment of the credit rating of bank customers,improves the scientific nature of decision-making,and effectively reduces bank credit risk,and has good practical value.A system of reasonable and scientific credit risk assessment and decision support has been created for the current bank.
