Emotion Recognition Technology Based On Deep Learning

Emotion recognition is an important method to cultivate human emotional intelligence by machine perception,and it is also a hot research direction in the field of computer vision.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence today,the core demand of artificial intelligence is to enable machines to realize the simulation of human's consciousness and thinking information process,and to respond in a similar way to human intelligence.This requires machines to possess not only human intelligence,but also human emotional intelligence.Emotion recognition is an important method for machines to perceive human beings and develop emotional intelligence.At present,artificial intelligence emotion recognition without human intervention,the ability to understand and express complex emotions is still facing a dilemma.Humans have a wide range of emotional states,and to truly read emotions,machines need to understand their corresponding signals.In fact,human expressions and movements tend to carry more emotional information than language,so in the field of computer vision,emotion recognition is a key research topic.In this field,most methods of recognizing human emotions are performed in the context of analyzing facial expressions.In real life,people tend to hide their real emotions,but body language is difficult to hide,which can convey a more detailed and real emotional state.In this paper,the previous researches on emotion recognition mainly focus on face,we propose to obtain more comprehensive information from face,posture and context.By using the method of deep learning,DenseXception,a lighter network structure,is designed to reduce the number of parameters and save computing resources There are not only application innovation,but also algorithm improvement.At the same time,the hierarchical sampling method is designed to alleviate the data imbalance.
