Today's society has entered the information age,the issue of information security becomes more and more important.Intelligent device such as FPGA and DSP have been developed quickly in recent years,general FPGA and DSP chips use the external memory to store data,however,the storage device does not have protective function by itself,attackers can read out data through a simple programmer and even get program through physical attack.In order to improve system security and protect intellectual property effectively,the study aimed at anti-attack for secure storage has a very important social significance and economic value.This paper takes configuration chip of FPGA as an example and analyzes the way that an attacker may read the program of FPGA configuration chip directly,and carries out protection technology research for the security of the FPGA system.Firstly,AS communication port protection scheme is put forward,based on the difference between attack mode and normal download mode,the anti-attack research was carried out.By identifying the instructions that were sent to the AS port,it can be determined whether an attacker is reading the program through the AS port.Secondly,to resist the attack of dismantling chips,the method based on fringing electric field sensor which can detect whether the chip is dismantled is proposed.Fringing electric field sensor's capacitance will change once the FPGA is dismantled,by judging whether fringing electric field sensor's capacitance changes,attack can be discerned.Fringing electric field sensors were analyzed through simulation software Ansoft Maxwell,by optimizing sensor's patterns,areas and geometrical parameters,the methods that maximize sensitivity of the sensor are put forward.After detecting attack,it is necessary to destroy program in the memory.After analyzing the feature of NAND Flash,the rapid destruction method of overwriting data “0” at random address was put forward,it can destroy configuration chip's data quickly and achieve the goal of destroy data integrity of the chip.Finally 0.18 ?m process was implemented to design the anti-attack chip and the chip was taped out,the experimental results show that the anti-attack chip can complete the expected function of AS port's protection,capacitance detection and Flash rapid destruction.On this basis,the chip with function of package integrity detection,light sensors,temperature sensor was packaged together with miniature batteries,configuration chip and the anti-attack chip in this paper to realize the omni-directional protection for configuration chip.
