Projectors are widely used in business offices,classroom teaching and cinema screening;however,traditional DLP,LCOS and LCD projectors have some flaws such as insufficient intelligence,single function,large size and large power consumption.To solve above flaws,this thesis uses micron-level LED(?LED)array to carry out research on intelligent projector based on ?LED light source,which lays a foundation for the development of new intelligent projector and is of great significance for improving projection display technology.This thesis analyzes the functional requirements of the intelligent projector at first,and then selects the basic structure of the projector system thus proposes a design scheme of intelligent projector which is about improved single-chip structure of the ?LED light source.According to the scheme,each subsystem is designed.Firstly,in order to reduce the size of the projector,the improvements are made in the following parts: the monolithic DLP structure is improved;the ?LED array is selected as the light source;the DRIN lens group is used as the relay lens to further collimate and converge the light beam.Secondly,in order to allow the image to project a larger picture in a shorter distance,a short-focus projection lens with a half-field of 40°,a system length of 42 mm,and a focal length of 7 mm were designed.Thirdly,according to the functional requirements,the hardware system is designed,including the main control module,video wireless transmission module,interface module and power management circuit.In this hardware platform technology,the Linux operating system is tailored and transplanted.After testing,wireless transmission of vides and intelligent humanmachine control is realized.In the final part of the thesis,in order to verify the feasibility of the scheme,the system was tested experimentally.All indicators meet the design requirements.The experimental results show that the system can work stably for a long time,and can realize the wireless transmission and human-computer interaction of video.
