With the development of the Internet and the reform of education methods,traditional examination methods cannot fully meet the needs of modern education.In order to improve the efficiency of examinations and quickly select high-quality talents,online examination systems are increasingly used.At present,the online examination system can score objective questions by precisely matching the answers,but the automatic scoring technique of subjective questions needs further study.Design and develop an online examination system with automatic examination function,which can not only solve the problems of cumbersome paper examination process and low examination efficiency,but also help candidates improve the relevant knowledge system,adapt to the type of examination questions and grasp the time for making questions,further improve the passing rate of the exam.Although the online examination system has been widely used in many fields,it is still rarely used in higher education and professional qualification certification examinations,and there are problems such as the inability to automatically score subjective questions or low scoring accuracy.Therefore,this thesis studies the scoring algorithm of subjective questions based on the fusion text semantic similarity,combined with the characteristics of the registered electrical engineer examination and user needs,designed and implemented a registered electrical engineer examination software system with automatic marking function.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)The principles,advantages and disadvantages of several commonly used text similarity algorithms are compared and analyzed.Finally,a mixed text similarity calculation method with broad ideas and high calculation accuracy is selected as the object of in-depth research and exploration.(2)Through algorithm programming,calculation and case analysis,the text semantic similarity algorithm based on HowNet and Cilin were introduced and analyzed in detail,and on this basis,combined with features of the subjective questions in the registered electrical engineer exam,so the fusion texts semantic similarity algorithm of HowNet and Cilin with good comprehensive performance is used to automatically score the subjective questions in this thesis.In addition,through the simulation test,the rationality and effectiveness of the fusion algorithm in the automatic scoring of subjective questions of the registered electrical engineer examination are explained.(3)The requirements analysis of the registered electrical engineer examination system was carried out,and the structure and function of the system were designed in detail from the technical architecture,security,function module,database and other aspects of the system.First of all,through Spring Security to achieve user authentication and authority management,to ensure that the system grants access to relevant resources in accordance with the role of the user.Then,according to the functional architecture of the system,the system is divided into four modules: student module,teacher module,administrator module,subjective question creation and scoring module.Finally,according to the E-R diagram,the specific table structure of the system database is designed in detail.(4)The software system platform was built through Spring Boot and other frameworks,and the design and system debugging of the overall functional module of the "registered electrical engineer examination software system" was completed.The system realizes the main functions such as user login,student online examination,intelligent training,question bank management,test paper management,answer paper management,user information management,video teaching,automatic scoring of subjective questions,and correction of test papers.
