With the development and widespread use of computers and the Internet.human has entered the information age,the use of computer processing information has penetrated into every aspect of our life,become an indispensable part of life.up to now,Tibetan information processing has been oriented to the processing of lexical and semantic relations from the word processing stage.for the processing of Tibetan information,whether it is the processing of specific language problems based on certain rules or methods or the construction of language knowledge base in a certain field,the ultimate purpose is to better serve the Tibetan information and make the processing of Tibetan information keep pace with the tide of information.Knowledge base is widely used in natural language processing,including information retrieval,question and answer system,automatic abstracting,text classification and other fields.through language knowledge base,language materials can be rearranged,discovered,formalized and normalized.Tibetan language oriented knowledge base constructing mainly lexical and semantic levels,including Tibetan history knowledge base construction is relatively incomplete names,based on the importance of Tibetan historical names in named entity recognition and statistical history being the important value of different characteristics,people demand on this constructs the Tibetan history knowledge base and database names.Through the names of more than 4000 Tibetan history constitute characteristics of manual annotation,reunification of the characteristics of Tibetan historical names with knowledge base,found that the Tibetan history of names have rich characteristics of internal attach before the names of the key words are divided into twelve major categories,of different key after marking the classification,statistics and classification work,and has carried on the detailed description.in addition,some phenomena of historical characters with different names are counted in the knowledge base,and the characteristics of characters with different names are marked one by one and divided into ten different naming methods.Based on the knowledge base of people's names,an information base of Tibetan historical figures was constructed,which contained 1500 historical figures.with Excel as the main tool,different information categories of the same character entity were counted,including more than 10 basic attributes of the characters,and the entity division and entity relationship description of the characters were carried out according to historical time.
