| With the increasing application of the satellite navigation,a wide variety of electronic equipment carrying satellite positioning systems have emerged.The methods for detecting whether or not the equipment terminals used to standardize the parking and safety protection are within the limited area,i.e.the electronic fence,are in demand,which will affect the practical application.In order to save costs,the receivers equipped with such equipment terminals are inexpensive and have poor positioning accuracy.To develop a positioning method to improve the positioning accuracy of the terminals,as well as to develop a feasible entry detection method and the corresponding detection system,are necessary but quite difficult.Based on the GNSS,we construct a practical electronic entry fence.In order to detect whether the satellite positioning terminals are located into the entry fence and obtain the detection accuracy,we study the detection methods and evaluate the detection results.We establish a fence detection system to execute the detection and to show the results.The main contents of this thesis include:First,we study the localization algorithm.The essence of the entry detection algorithm is clustering.To solve the problem of the low positioning accuracy of the satellite positioning terminals,we propose an algorithm for the equipment terminal location estimation based on K-means according to the clustering idea.It can improve the positioning accuracy of the satellite positioning terminal.Second,we study two different entry detection algorithms: one is to estimate the actual location of the terminal through the K-means algorithm,and then according to this location,the entry detection algorithms suitable for regular or irregular fences are studied.For a fixed K,the detection accuracy of the fences with a small area can reach 78%-96%;According to the classification idea,the other is based on SVM classification.The algorithm based on the SVM is to calculate the optimal parameters and select the optimal threshold.For the fences with a small area,the entry detection accuracy can reach 80%-96%.The verification results show that the larger the area of the fence,the higher the accuracy of the detection.Third,we design and realize an entry detection system based on the GNSS satellite positioning terminal for users.The system consists of the following software modules: data import module,map display module,data screening module,K-means entry detection module and SVM entry detection module.The detection system operates stably and shows relatively perfect function,which meets the design requirements.The research in this thesis provides a practical positioning method,which can achieve the purpose of high-precision positioning through the receiver with low price and low positioning accuracy.A general entry detection method is provided,which can obtain high accuracy of entry detection.It provides a reference platform for entry detection system,which can obtain more accurate entry detection results and has practical value.It can be used for scientific research. |
