With the intensification of market competition and the lack of enterprise production management level,the development of intelligent manufacturing technology is changing with each passing day.At the same time,more and more enterprises have noticed that the intelligent upgrade of production logistics will be the cornerstone of building future intelligent factories.It is of great significance to construct an integrated management system integrating the logistics related business of enterprises and to study the suitable theoretical and methods for the material delivery activity.In order to achieve the above objectives,this paper proposes solutions for the intellectualized and integrated management of enterprise logistics and production activities at different levels from management framework to application model and optimization technology.By introducing the concept of manufacturing operations management and synthesizing various advanced industrial technologies,the MOM management framework of enterprise operation layer and the just-in-time material distribution system of workshop are constructed.Aiming at the specific realization of system functions,the collaborative optimization model of product order and material is proposed,and the vehicle routing optimization model with the objective of minimizing distribution cost is proposed.The specific research contents are as follows:1)The characteristics of logistics related activities involved in manufacturing enterprises are systematically analyzed,and logistics business is integrated from the perspective of enterprise operation level.Combining manufacturing operation management framework with logistics management,a MOM framework with both functions of production operation management and logistics operation management is constructed,and the definition of function and information interaction is given to support enterprises to control the whole production process.2)Based on the theory of just-in-time production,the model of just-in-time material distribution applied to the level of production workshop is established.The technology of signboard system,andon,material supermarket and vendor managed inventory are used synthetically,and the distribution mode with high adaptability is proposed for different kinds of materials.An intelligent production logistics management system adapted to just-in-time distribution model is constructed.The business logic of enterprise internal supply chain is sorted out,the information path of logistics management is given,and the business logic model and the system function division and definition are given respectively for logistics system.3)In order to further solve the problem of material distribution optimization in enterprises,the collaborative optimization model of product order and material,and the vehicle routing optimization model with the objective of minimizing distribution cost are constructed respectively from two aspects of reducing the fluctuation of material demand and improving the efficiency of material distribution.The collaborative optimization model of product order and material aims to strengthen the correlation between order information and material demand information,and reduce the complexity of distribution activities by optimizing the processing strategy for the source of production input information,thus reducing the resource shortage and material supply risk in some workstations.Vehicle routing optimization model with vehicle load and distribution time window constraints can arrange the optimal cost of vehicle routing for material distribution tasks of production line.The vehicle routing planning can minimize the cost of vehicle distribution on the basis of meeting the requirements of material types,quantity and time of each station,thus reducing the logistics cost of enterprises and increasing the benefits of enterprises.Finally,the genetic algorithm with two different crossover operators is used to solve the optimal routing model,which proves that the model has practical value.
