With the radar target detection problems continue to deepen,people on the performance of modern radar put forward higher requirements.Complex work environment and a variety of observation objectives have become an important factor in limiting the performance of radar detection,which prompted people to continue to explore and innovate in signal processing technology.In order to improve the target detection capability of the polarized radar system in the clutter environment,on the one hand,it is necessary to analyze the echo characteristics of the background environment in the radar work,such as the surface sea polarization scattering characteristics,spatiotemporal correlation and so on.On the other hand,we need to master the polarization characteristics of the target to be measured.Based on the actual background demand and the sea clutter measurement data based on the time-sharing fully polarized radar,the statistical characteristics of the clutter are analyzed.On the basis of this,it combined with the darkroom data of the UAV.The detection method based on polarization feature in clutter background is proposed.The main structure of the paper is as follows:In the first chapter,the background and significance of the research are introduced,and the research status and development trend of the research are summarized from the aspects of clutter characteristic,target polarization characteristic and polarization radar target detection.The main contents are introduced.In the second chapter,we first introduce the typical scattering coefficient model and the clutter amplitude distribution model of the sea surface clutter.Then we elaborate the basic concepts of the temporal and spatial correlation of the clutter.Finally,we study the IPIX radar data,a new hybrid distribution model is proposed,which is superior to the traditional distribution model.In the third chapter,the polarization characteristics of the targets are analyzed,and then some typical polarization decomposition methods are introduced.Finally,based on the measured data of the UAV,the target polarization entropy and polarization divergence.In the fourth chapter,the energy detector and the information entropy detector are analyzed.Then,based on the difference of the target and the characteristics of the clutter polarization,the detector of the scattering entropy and polarization divergence is proposed.The detection performance is improved to some extent compared with the traditional detector.In the fifth chapter,it summed up the work,and the next step to look forward.
