Research On The Extension Of Covering Multigranulation Rough Set Model

In recent years,with the rapid development of machine learning and artificial intelligence,knowledge discovery and intelligent computing have penetrated into all fields of modern society.But the growing complexity of uncertain and incomplete data poses a serious challenge to people's decision-making on data analysis and mining.As the basic theory of artificial intelligence,rough set theory is a mathematical tool of data analysis and decision-making,after years of development and perfection,a large number of successful application examples show that the theory can provide theoretical basis for the development and perfection of artificial intelligence.Based on covering rough set model,in view of its cannot effectively deal with the theory of dual universes data and the shortage of the intuitionistic fuzzy data,proposed the dual universes covering multi-granulation rough set model and the multigranulation covering rough set of dual universes intuitionistic fuzzy rough set model,to further solve the problem of multiple source information systems such as parallel data processing.The model is further generalized with optimistic,pessimistic and other multi-grained viewpoints,obtaining the dual universes covering multi-granulation rough set model and the covering multi-granulation rough set of dual universes intuitionistic fuzzy sets model.This paper makes an in-depth analysis and study of the structure and mathematical characteristics of the above two models,obtains the relevant nature and important conclusions of the theoretical model,uses the information measurement methods of rough entropy,information entropy and fuzziness to measure the information uncertainty of the two models,obtains the monotony of the law of change between the model parameters and the information uncertainty measurement,provides the information measurement basis for the rule acquisition and attribute brief of the model applied to the actual problem,and verifies the above model with concrete examples.The covering multi-granulation rough set and its extended model that provides a theoretical basis for the development and practical application of artificial intelligence theory,which provides theoretical support and scientific method for the modeling of complex environmental data,in the current era of artificial intelligence,this model and its extended research have high theoretical value.
