Thin film transistor liquid crystal display(TFT-LCD)is a new high-tech industry,which has gained extensive attention and research due to its small size,low power consumption,light weight and beautiful appearance.With the widespread use of portable computers,office applications and large screen displays,people have higher requirements for display quality.As the first major disadvantage of TFT-LCD industry,foreign body disadvantage has a 95% impact on product quality,which is directly related to enterprise benefits present,the feedback mechanism of foreign bodies in the industry is to classify foreign bodies by using VT&ET detection,and to analyze small proportion of foreign body samples,so as to get the effect of foreign body classification and foreign body judgment.However,the feedback period is longer,so the period of finding and improving problems becomes longer accordingly.The new type of foreign.At body monitoring and feedback system in TFT-LCD industry is a combination of existing detection resources: AOI foreign body shape and location image detection data in each process section and VT/ET bad detection position and foreign body shape data in the back section.It uses MES automated data integration and processing system to connect in series to realize fast bad information in the back section.The function of speed feedback matching to the corresponding process section in the front section can achieve timely monitoring feedback and convey to the benign foreign body monitoring and processing mode of fine control in the specific project section.This paper mainly analyzes the classification and mechanism of foreign matters under the cell membrane to control the foreign matters in the cell.At the same time,a new type of cell under membrane foreign matter monitoring system is established to monitor the improved cell foreign matter level in a timely and effective manner,so as to discover the foreign matter risk in a timely manner and improve it in a timely manner.It can effectively relieve the pressure of complicated foreign matter analysis mode,confirm the occurrence unit point through information comparison,effectively feed back the process section,and increase the improvement enthusiasm of the project;at the same time,it can match the detection relationship between AOI and the later section,and timely adjust the effectiveness and accuracy of AOI detection.It is convenient for the relevant process sections to carry out the preliminary evaluation of improvement measures and reduce the waste of resources.Based on the analysis of the influence of foreign matters in the TFT-LCD manufacturing process and the shortcomings of traditional analysis methods,and combined with practical production experience,a new type of foreign matter monitoring and feedback system,which is based on position matching and makes full use of the data detected by optical inspection machine,is explored.The feedback speed is shortened from the original two weeks to two hours,which also improves the enthusiasm of engineering improvement.And improve the efficiency,and finally achieve the control of foreign matters.All product fluctuations are controlled within 1%,which provides a new idea for the analysis and improvement of foreign matters.The new system has established a relatively perfect monitoring and feedback mechanism in our plant through automatic information technology,and we believe that it will play a greater role in the establishment of an intelligent chemical plant in the future.
