The development of satellite navigation system has positively promoted economic and social development.With the continuous improvement of the service capability of satellite navigation systems,it has been widely used in transportation,weather forecasting,communication time,emergency search and rescue,etc.The convenience has also injected new vitality into global economic and social development.The navigation satellite continuously broadcasts the navigation message information to the user,and the user terminal uses the navigation message to calculate its three-dimensional position,thereby realizing the positioning function.The navigation message broadcasted by the navigation satellite is injected into the navigation satellite by the ground segment in advance,and then broadcasted by the navigation satellite to the users within its service range according to the effective time of the navigation message,thereby providing positioning services for all users in the service range.The periodic injection of navigation messages into navigation satellites on the ground segment is an important basis for the long-term effective operation of satellite navigation systems.This paper mainly studies the message injection scheduling problem in the process of injecting navigation messages into the navigation satellites.Combined with the classical boxing model,this paper proposes a navigation message injection scheduling model that supports automatic injection for the first time,in order to improve the flexibility of message injection scheduling.The theoretical model is provided to optimize the resource utilization of the injection process.Based on the navigation message injection scheduling and packing model,a hybrid genetic algorithm combining optimal adaptive descending algorithm is proposed,which can effectively improve the flexibility of the navigation message injection scheduling process and the response speed of the injection system,and optimize the system resource utilization.Improve the overall performance of the system.Finally,by designing and implementing a set of injection scheduling prototype system,the paper proposes a message injection scheduling model and algorithm.The verification results show that the research results can be applied in practical engineering.
