With the rapid development of science and network technology,human beings have entered the era of big data and artificial intelligence.On the one hand,the rapid changes of data scale,type,value and timeliness,on the other hand,the increasingly complex model scenario,environment,demand and calculation,human beings are facing the dual challenges brought by massive data analysis and mining and complex environment cognition and decision-making.How to study and build a universal and effective mathematical model and robust and reliable computing methods is an important problem to be solved.Rough set theory,as a mathematical tool to solve uncertain problems,is the basic theory of artificial intelligence,and has many successful applications in real problems.Based on the shortcomings of variable precision rough set model in dealing with dual domain data and complex data,this thesis proposes dual domain variable precision rough set model and its extended model,which provides scientific methods and theoretical basis for people to analyze and mine complex environment data.This paper mainly studies from the following aspects:(1)Based on the variable precision rough set model and the dual domain rough set model,the dual domain variable precision rough set model and the U × W type dual domain variable precision rough set model are proposed for the case that the multi domain can not be dealt with.The structure and mathematical characteristics of the model are studied in depth,and the relevant properties and important conclusions of the theoretical model are obtained.Three measurement methods are used to measure the information uncertainty of the model,and the monotonic relationship among roughness,information entropy,combination entropy and knowledge thickness is obtained(2)Based on the variable precision fuzzy rough set model and the U × W variable precision fuzzy rough set model,this paper proposes the dual domain variable precision fuzzy rough set model and the U × W variable precision fuzzy rough set model,and studies the structure and mathematical characteristics of the model,and obtains the relevant properties and important conclusions of the theoretical model.Using two measurement methods to measure the information uncertainty ofthe model,some conclusions about the uncertainty measurement of fuzzy rough sets are obtained,and the model is verified with specific examples.In this thesis,the dual domain variable precision rough set and its extended model provide a theoretical basis for the development of artificial intelligence theory.This kind of model provides a theoretical support and calculation method for people to model complex environment data.In the current era of artificial intelligence,this model and its extension have broad application prospects.
