| Internet business is booming with LTE network business.With the implementation of "broadband China" strategy and the gradual promotion of "all optical network city",family broadband has become an important way for users to experience Internet business,and also an important way for people to obtain information in daily life,entertainment,leisure and social interaction.At the same time,media services,online education,telemedicine and other emerging businesses are also entering the family through the form of network,which directly promotes the development of digital home network from scale to high-quality services.Although the access ability of broadband network has been developed rapidly,due to the rapid increase of Internet users and the diversification of business types,from the perspective of customer satisfaction,the network perception problem is still a short board,and there are still users who feedback that the network speed is slow and unstable.Such problems lead to the increasing difficulty of network operation and maintenance.It is imperative to improve the quality of basic network maintenance and the ability of big data analysis before users find network problems and improve customer perception.Based on the current situation of network in Jilin Province,this paper studies the network structure,network equipment,business process and so on.The main contributions of this paper are as follows:(1)In this paper,through the collection and analysis of DPI data,the single data and network data are integrated.The family broadband DPI data collection is the basis of realizing the end-to-end service quality assessment of family broadband.It is easy to find the network problems in time and effectively and put forward feasible solutions.(2)The key businesses are classified and presented.Through the demand analysis and real-time monitoring of Internet users for hot businesses,video websites,games and other diversified businesses,the business quality is effectively guaranteed and the factors affecting the perception of home wide users are clearly analyzed.At the same time,a traceability analysis scenario is established to query the business,users,bras,servers,OLT,cities,counties,communities and other dimensions,so that the data indicators are explicit,more intuitive and accurate positioning and judgment of network abnormalities.(3)Realize the monitoring and statistics of the whole network equipment indexes of home width,ensure that the performance indexes of each network equipment are within the threshold range,and can be statistically presented in the number of OLT port occupation,the number of ONU online,the proportion of important OLT dual uplink,the utilization ratio of PON port,the proportion of ONU low light power,the proportion of OLT uplink peak bandwidth exceeding 70% and other important network equipment performance indexes,and find out and solve the problems in the first time The problems that affect the customer's perception are caused by the problems such as the overload of the carrier network and the failure of the network equipment.In summary,the end-to-end quality analysis platform built by independent research and development has established an end-to-end quality analysis method,which is analyzed and modeled according to four thematic multi-functional points of content source,key application,dial test and poor quality.The coverage business involves top300 hot websites,top20 provincial websites,TOP10 videos,top5 games,hot downloads,etc.,and the coverage network involves provincial network and metropolitan area Converging,metropolitan area access and home wide access side networks realize end-to-end monitoring,analysis and prediction of the whole process of business,prior to user complaints,find and improve network problems,and gradually realize the transformation of network maintenance from "fire-fighting" management to "preventive" management oriented to customer perception.Practice shows that this platform has a significant effect on the improvement of user perception. |
