With the continuous advancement of the fourth-generation industrial revolution centered on "smart manufacturing",China wants to build a strong industrial country by seizing the opportunities of the industrial information age.In the country,the demand for building smart Manufacturing lines and creating smart factories are getting stronger.And with the rapid development of mobile networks,the Internet has entered production from life,and industrial control networks have gradually changed from closed to open.In recent years,the massive popularity of mobile devices and the continuous improvement of their performance have also provided hardware support for the remote of the Industrial Internet of Things.Therefore,this paper designs and implements a client for a smart manufacturing line based on Android.In the design of the smart manufacturing line system architecture,OPC UA,a new generation of industrial data integration standard,is adopted as its communication protocol.In the design and implementation of the mobile terminal,this article firstly studies the OPC UA specification,analyzes the environment of the manufacturing line and the basic needs of its clients.On the basis,the system's the functional modules and layered structure are designed.Then the article designs an identity authentication method that is more suitable for mobile terminals based on the security model provided by OPC UA.The method introduces elliptic curve cryptography and addresses the problems of limited communication resources and high security requirement of data transmission in the process of communication between an Android-based mobile terminal and OPC UA server.And the method is compared with the OPC UA identity authentication through experiments.Based on the OPC UA architecture,each functional module is designed in detail.Finally,completed the development of the system on Android.In this process,the secure connection and secure storage between the mobile terminal and the server are completed.In the same time,it completes the functions of browsing address space,reading and writing node attributes,data subscriptions and setting monitoring itemsfor OPC UA server by adopting multi-thread communication,thereby achieving devices browsing of manufacturing line,device status display and control,and device messages subscription.And it achieves dynamic curve drawing and background notification service by Android development technology.Through the functional and performance test in laboratory for the system,it is confirmed that the system completes the function designed and solve the problems that the identity authentication is not light and safe,the network is easily interrupted during the communication between the mobile terminal and the intelligent manufacturing line.The system has a friendly user interface,runs stably and achieves the expected goals.
