With the continuous improvement of education level,the evaluation of teaching quality has become increasingly important.The current model of the quality evaluation system in the teaching management system of colleges and universities is too simple and the evaluation results are not true.The main manifestations are as follows: First,the current evaluation system of teaching quality in Colleges and universities is mostly one-way evaluation system;Second,the current teaching evaluation has some onesidedness;third,the rationality of evaluation needs to be improved.Therefore,it is very important to establish a reasonable and efficient teaching quality evaluation system.The main research content of this topic is to design and implement a two-way evaluation of the teaching management system,to improve the previous system of teaching quality evaluation algorithm,to build a new one.The teaching quality evaluation system of this subject uses FCM clustering algorithm.To overcome the shortcomings of the traditional teaching quality evaluation system in which FCM algorithm can not accurately cluster the data sets with complex distribution and linear indivisibility,this paper combines the clustering analysis in fuzzy theory with the multi-level comprehensive evaluation and proposes a clustering-based method.This method combines K-means clustering with FCM algorithm,greatly reducing the influence of subjective factor decision.This method can consider more factors,and classify these factors first.The FCM clustering algorithm is introduced into the teaching management system,which can describe the categories of teachers well,reduce the problem of subjective weights in the past teaching evaluation,and enable students to express their real feelings and suggestions,and make the evaluation more effective.In the development of the system,this paper improves the function of the previous system,adds a two-way evaluation system and interactive evaluation in the semester,and solves the problem that only students can evaluate teachers at the end of the semester and only students can evaluat e teachers one-way.Teaching information management,student score storage,curriculum management and analysis and other integrated teaching quality evaluation management system,at the same time,the system can use fuzzy clustering algorithm to better mana ge the information.After realizing the system,the system is tested in the form of "white box" and "black box".The system test results show that the system can reduce the unreasonable and unscientific evaluation factor compared with the traditional teaching management system.So that the teaching evaluation to achieve more reasonable and scientific.Teaching quality evaluation is also more comprehensive.At the same time,the system also solves the problem of one-way evaluation.The system has been greatly improved in the quality of teaching evaluation.It plays an important role in the development of teacher-student relationship,the improvement of teaching quality and the promotion of teaching research.
