In traditional lighting applications,in order to meet high power and high luminous flux,LEDs generally appear in the form of arrays.However,due to individual differences between individual LEDs,it needs to be considered about the inconsistency between LED strings of the LED array.The energy-recycle LED array drive circuit is a single-input-multi-output DC-DC interface circuit,which overcomes the inconsistency defects of regular and irregular LED arrays,and at the same time feeds back excess energy in the circuit to achieve high efficiency.The efficiency optimization control method can maximize the efficiency of the LED driving circuit.This paper studies the efficiency control optimization method of the energy-feeding LED array drive circuit,and proposes a strategy for tracking the highest efficiency point.This paper discusses the LED brightnesee and color control control method based on the energy-recycle LED array drive interface circuit can track the highest efficiency point.Firstly,this paper introduces the working principle of the energy-recycle LED array drive interface circuit and the soft switching state.Then this paper studies the control of the energy-recycle LED array drive interface circuit,derives the main relationship,and proposes a work with the highest efficiency optimization control method of point tracking enables the energy-recycle LED array drive interface circuit to work under ZVS conditions and can automatically find and eventually run in the working state with the highest or second highest efficiency,and an RGB channel prototype is produced.The experimental results of the RGB channel prototype show that the RGB channel prototype can realize the change of any load combination under the current load space through the electronic load circuit,and the most efficient operating point tracking control of the energy-feedable LED array drive interface circuit performs the highest efficiency point tracking according to the load change,Can efficiently drive regular and irregular LED arrays,the measured waveforms and theoretical waveforms are generally consistent.The highest efficiency pointpositioning strategy after the optimization of the efficiency control greatly shortens the positioning time of the highest efficiency point and realizes the steady state quickly.After that,this paper puts forward a method of brightness and color control based on neural network,studies the algorithm of neural network,analyzes the working principle of neural network,derives the main relational expression,and makes a brightness and color control model based on neural network.An experimental platform is designed and built to obtain sample data.Due to the limited space of the experimental load and the uneven distribution of sample data,it is easy to make the neural network training fall into a local minimum.In this paper,the sample capacity is expanded by interpolation,and a neural network model suitable for LED array brightness and color control based on small samples is proposed.After the neural network training,the neural network parameters are obtained and then transplanted into the DSP for brightness and color control adjustment.The experimental results show that the neural network model embedded in the DSP can work normally,the expected output is basically the same as the actual output,and it can achieve the fast realization or close to the target color and luminous flux under the minimum error.
