The commercialization of 5G drives the rapid development of high-tech communication technology,which requires that a system can best meet the needs of more frequency bands and more fields.As the key module of wireless system,antenna should be developed to meet the needs of users in different fields.Therefore,it has broad prospects to develop a multi-frequency antenna covering sea,land,air and 5G frequency bands.In this thesis,through the combination of gap and defect ground structure,several multi-frequency microstrip antennas are studied and designed,which can be summarized as follows:1.A single-slit three-band microstrip antenna was designed.This antenna used to load f-slot at the edge of the patch on the top layer.It can work in 1.64 GHz,2.47 GHz,3.1GHz at the same time.2.A four-frequency microstrip antenna with single gap and single defect ground structure was designed.This antenna used the combination of the top layer patch edge loading f-type gap and the layer loading c-type defect ground structure.It can operate in 1.59 GHz,2.44 GHz,3.08 GHz and 3.76 GHz at the same time.3.A five-band microstrip antenna with multiple gaps was designed.This antenna used the patch to load multiple gaps on the top floor.It can work in 2.18 GHz,2.73 GHz,3.17 GHz,3.39 GHz and 3.87 GHz at the same time.4.A five-frequency microstrip antenna with multiple gaps and symmetrical ground defects was designed.This antenna adopts the combination of loading multiple gaps on the top layer and loading symmetrical c-type ground defects on the ground layer.It can work at 2.04 GHz,2.51 GH,3.12 GHz,3.35 GHz,3.81 GHz at the same time.The multi-frequency microstrip antennas designed in this thesis have strong applicability.Their operating frequencies mainly cover satellite mobile service(1626.5MHz-1660.5MHz),satellite broadcasting service(1525MHz-1646.5MHz),s-band(2000MHz-4000MHz),radio positioning service(3100MHz-3400MHz),aviation electrical navigation service(2700MHz-2900MHz)and 5G base station n77 frequency band(3300MHz-4200MHz).Through the processing and measurement of the second and third antennas,it can be seen that the measurement results are basically consistent with the simulation results.In this thesis,the multi-frequency microstrip antenna with gap loading structure is designed with simple structure and good performance,which has certain reference significance for the design and research of multi-frequency band antenna.
