During the design of decentralized conventional control system,besides improving the control performance as much as possible,the problems such as the economic optimization during operation,the soft protection for production safety,and the hard constraints of the manipulated variables are also expected to be solved by the conventional control system.So,it is required to consider optimization,safety,and constraint in control loop configuration of multivariable control systems.For the non-square multivariable systems,the control loop configuration is carried out according to the non-square relative energy gain array considering the optimization,safety,and constraint problems respectively.For the non-square fat system considering economic optimization problem,the structure design method of the split-range control system is proposed,so both the economic cost and control performance are taken into account.For the non-square thin system considering safety problem,the structure design method of the selective control system is proposed,so all feedback information is made full use to achieve safe production.For the non-square fat system considering the hard constraints of the manipulated variables,the regulation space and the regulation speed of the manipulated variables are integrated to be measured;the manipulated variables with larger regulation space are selected to improve the control performance.For the large-scale process,the economic optimization,safety and constraints of the system are taken into comprehensive consideration.According to the target priority of optimization,safety and constraint,the outputs are devided into safety concerning variables and controlled variables,the inputs are devided into cost concerning variables and manipulated variables.The large-scale system becomes several sub-systems,and each sub-system is implemented the control loop configuration.According to the variable pairing of sub-systems,a comprehensive complex control structure design involving split-range control,selective control and single-loop control is proposed,achieving the coordination of control performance,economic optimization,safety and constraint requirements.
