Microwave energy transmission technology has the advantages of long transmission distance,good mobility,etc.,and has been widely concerned by scholars.Rectifier antenna is an important part of microwave energy transmission system.The research of rectifier antenna is a very valuable research direction.In this paper,the receiving antenna and the pass-through filter are reasonably improved,and a rectifier antenna based on the fan filter technology is designed.Main tasks as follows:First,a 2.4GHz regular hexagonal ultra wide band antenna fed by a coplanar waveguide was designed.The simulation data shows that the relative bandwidth of the antenna is 66.7%,and the parameter S11 value is-28.9822 d B,and the peak value of the gain is 2.5457 d Bi.After the simulation,the antenna was also made in kind,and the USB vector network analyzer was used to test the antenna's return loss and input impedance.The test results were compared with the simulation results,and the two basically matched.Secondly,two high-and low-impedance line input filters are designed.The simulation results show that the attenuation of the two filters at the frequency doubling and frequency doubling is greater than-20 d B,which has better harmonic suppression ability.Subsequently,the fan-shaped and open branch straight-pass filters and the three-fan branched straight-through filters were designed.The simulation results show that the three-fan straight-pass filter has better ability to filter out the second and third harmonic components,The values of the parameter S21 at 2.45 GHz,4.9GHz and 7.35 GHz are-52.192 d B,-71.872 d B,and-60.432 d B in sequence.Therefore,the straight-pass filter part of the rectifier circuit is replaced by a three-fan branch straight-pass filter.Furthermore,the operating frequency and input power were set to 2.45 GHz and 20 d Bm,respectively,to obtain the impedance of the diode,and the corresponding matching circuit was designed.Subsequently,the various parts of the rectifier circuit are imported into the ADS software to select the input filter.The simulation results show that the rectifier circuit with the input filter 2 added is more efficient,so the input filter 2 is used to replace the rectifier circuit in the input filter section.Finally,the joint simulation analysis and optimization of the rectifier circuit(composed of input and output filters,matching circuits,diodes,etc.),the optimized conversion efficiency of the rectifier circuit is 72.2%,and the output voltage is 5.5V.After the simulation,the rectifier circuit was also made in kind,and the output voltage of the circuit was tested using a signal generator,resistance box,multimeter,etc.,and the test results were compared with the simulation results.The two are basically the same.In summary,the rectifier antenna(composed of the receiving antenna and the rectifier circuit)designed in this paper has certain application value in the ISM frequency band microwave energy transmission system and can play a better role.
