With the progressive development of Internet technology,the asset information and product information of enterprises or individuals are gradually becoming digital and electronic.E-commerce,remote transactions and mobile payments have become the main modalities of people's daily transactions.Due to the large increase in the application population of asset trading,applications for various asset trading systems are emerging,and problems in asset trading systems are gradually emerging.Traditional asset trading systems have many obvious problems,such as unreliable third-party services,asymmetric information between the two parties,transaction entities relying on entity credentials,complexity and time-consuming in anti-counterfeiting of authentication processes.Blockchain,as the core underlying technology of Bitcoin,has attracted many experts and scholars in industry and academia to explore it.With openness,transparency,decentralization,traceability and immutability of blockchain technology,it is expected to solve the existent problems of traditional asset trading systems.Considering above problem,this thesis uses the Hyperledger Fabric development platform to design a multi-channels data access model and a blockchain-based asset trading model.Furthermore,it implements a prototype system,and testes functions and performance.The main research work can be summarized as follows:1.Aiming at the problem that small group transactions do not require large-scale consensus and the privacy of asset transaction data,a multi-channels data access control model for the asset transactions is designed,which can share the ledger for the same channel node,and restrict the access of different channel nodes to ensure the asset transaction data isolation.2.In order to make the asset transaction process more intelligent,and generate greater market efficiency ratio of asset transactions,the classic auction theory is studied.From the two application scenarios of unilateral auction and bilateral auction,a trader matching algorithm and transaction pricing algorithm that maximize the market efficiency ratio are designed.Furthermore,the thesis analyzes the experimental results.3.In order to solve the problems of unreliable third-party services of traditional asset trading systems,asymmetric information between the two parties,transaction verification relying on entity credentials,complexity,time-consuming andanti-counterfeiting of authentication processes,this thesis designs a blockchain-based asset transaction model,using smart contract technology to reconstruct the business logic of asset transactions.Moreover,it successfully writes asset transaction data and user's personal information on-chain and queries relevant information on-chain.Finally,it uses Spring Boot and Vue.js framework to complete the development of the prototype system,and tests its functions and performance.
