Mining Model Of Association Rules Of Multi-Granularity Based On Interval Concept Lattice

The interval concept lattice is a new structure of concept lattice given in recent years.It is defined on a given parameter interval and cleverly reflects the information structure of certainty and uncertainty,which can be a foundation for extraction of uncertain rules.The author compared and analyzed the structure of the interval concept lattice with others previously proposed after analyzing the characteristics of the multi-granular structure of the interval concept lattice.And then,the mining model of association rules of multigranular interval and a new method of three-way decision were designed.Firstly,the author studied the structure of the multi-granular lattice based on interval concept lattices,which laid the foundation for the construction of interval concept lattices and the model.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the stucture,combined with other methods of mining rules,the author defined the rules of multi-granular interval association and the specific metrics,which was the support to the study of the mining model.Thirdly,the breadth-first searching method was used to extract the associate rules of upper and the lower bound from the two extension sets of nodes,so as to establish the model for extraction based on the multi-granular interval association,all that improved the strength and reflected the uncertainty of the rules.Finally,based on the model,a new model for three-decision was constructed,which could be used in decision for individuals in the non-decision domain and reduce the decision costs.The two concepts of the upper and lower bounds in the interval concept lattice cut the positive,negative,and boundary domains of the three-way decision.That was the foundation for formulating the decision rules.In addition,a new method and the cost function for decision of the model of threeway decision was given based on the rules.The concept of three-way decision was obtained according to the structure.Then,the model for optimization of strategy based on the three-way decision was established.The nature of the feasibility and the advancement of the model was verified through specific examples.Figure 12;Table 17;Reference 58...
