Minimally invasive surgical robot(MISR)is a hotspot in the field of intelligent surgery study, which is used to assist surgeon to complete surgical operation more accurately and reduce the damage to patients caused by the operation. At present, technology of MISR is more and more mature, but the research of product innovation and methodology for guiding the product design of MISR is still insufficient. This paper analyzed and studied various requirement information collected from MISR and its structural relationship, constructed a multi-level dimensions information interaction framework based on decision-making-contributed.Based the framework, this paper also proposed a decision-making-contributed information evaluation algorithm. The framework is aimed to assist the design of MISR,which makes the design processes have methods to follow.Through the design of information interaction, the product function design and product structure design can be inspired,so as to improve the design efficiency of MISR products and increase the possibility of product innovation.Firstly, the paper used qualitative research method to collected the user requirements of MISR.Through the analysis of surgical operation video data, literature resource demand-mining and in-depth interviews with relevant doctors, the paper had collected various kind of requirement information.Through the classification and analysis of the requirement information, the follow-up research direction of the information interaction framework had been established.Secondly, the paper analyzed the elements of information interaction framework, defined information interaction behavior and roles in the framework, and completed the construction of multi-level dimensions information interaction framework based on decision-making-contributed.Based on the information theory, the information unit in the framework had been quantified.AHP had been used to quantified the weights of the constraint sets in the framework.Based on the above two,the paper proposed a decisionmaking-contributed information evaluation algorithm to evaluate whether the design scheme is reasonable which created based on the framework. Then, this paper showed the application design process of the information interaction framework.By using the framework, two innovation concepts of MISR had been proposed.Through the evaluation of the explicit information interaction behavior and decision-making-contributed information evaluation algorithm, the better one had been selected to be detailed, especially the innovation of it,and presented in 3D renderings,.Finally, the paper elaborated the innovative value and expansibility of the framework. In addition to the application of the framework, the usability of the framework was also tested and studied. The results showed that the effect of the framework in assisting users to design MISR is better than the traditional MISR design method, and it is easier to produce innovative design.
