Design And Implementation Of APP User Feedback Information Analysis System

With the development of Internet plus education,K12(pre school education to high school education)has been increasing the scale of online education market and the number of users.The competition among all kinds of APP products is becoming more and more fierce.Therefore,products that can more accurately grasp the needs of users can get the top priority in the fierce market competition.As one of the important sources of discovering users' needs,user feedback information plays an important role.This paper designs and implements an app user feedback information analysis system,which aims to analyze user feedback information in a more convenient and efficient way,find the pain points of demand,and help the optimization and iteration of APP products.This system uses the SSM framework.The system uses the priority sorting algorithm to achieve the query sorting related functions,and uses the topic model and clustering algorithm to achieve the processing and analysis of the feedback text,so as to achieve the purpose of mining the value of feedback information.The author designed and implemented the following three modules independently:(1)Feedback Information Management Module: This module involves the basic operation of the system user to the feedback information,including filtering and querying the feedback information under specified conditions,viewing the details of feedback information,and processing feedback information.Among them,the information processing function includes star Mark operation,feedback reply and feedback flow.(2)Statistical Analysis Module: This module is used to display the statistical results of feedback information,including the trend analysis of total feedback and the proportion analysis under multi-dimensional conditions.(3)Hot Feedback Information Display Module: This module analyzes the feedback information by using an improved text topic mining algorithm,and displays the hot topic words and related feedback of the feedback information.This paper designs and implements the system from the aspects of requirement analysis,outline design,detailed design and system test.At present,the system has been launched.Although there are still many deficiencies,the effect is good and the system has received lots of praise and encouragement.
