At present,with the advancement of science and technology and the improvement of the public service system,robot technology,information technology,communication technology and artificial intelligence have been further integrated.Robots ushered in a new era of wisdom.The rapid development of service robots in China,as a kind of service robots,museum guide robots can replace humans to provide services such as explanation,dialogue,and display.A good human-computer interaction system helps bring users a better experience.The greatest degree of alternative labor,to provide services for tourists.This article is based on museum application scenarios,focusing on providing better personalized services for museums,and designing and researching museum guided robot human-computer interaction systems.First,the demand analysis of the museum guided robot human-computer interaction system.Based on the specific business functions of the museum tour robot,the functional requirements of the human-computer interaction system are analyzed,and the three types of user roles of the system are analyzed,including basic information management,voice interaction management,face recognition,path navigation,and system settings.The five functional use cases of clarify the non-functional requirements of the system.After that,the outline design of the museum guided robot human-computer interaction system is carried out.Starting with the overall architecture of the system,the business process of the human-computer interaction system is designed,the logical structure and topological structure of the software system are clarified,five functional modules of the system are designed,and detailed sub-modules are respectively designed.On this basis,the museum guided robot human-computer interaction system is designed in detail.The speech recognition and speech synthesis function based on Xunfei mobile speech interface,the face recognition function based on cloud technology interface,and the path navigation and optimal planning method based on A * algorithm are designed.Finally,on the basis of the hardware and software environment of the system,the navigation robot humancomputer interaction system is programmed and realized.And design functional test cases,and test the effects of human-computer voice interaction,face recognition and path planning effects.In this project,the author is mainly responsible for the research and development of specific functional modules,including: basic information management module,voice interaction management module,face recognition module,path navigation module and system setting module.The research and development process is mainly based on J2 EE,ROS system and third-party API.At the same time,in the entire project development process,always adhere to the principle of high scalability as the architectural design principle,and finally chose the SSM framework,thus completing the entire system development work.The system test results and test application results show that the museum navigation robot human-computer interaction system designed and implemented in this thesis can better realize the museum navigation function and complete the system design function.It has certain technical feasibility and application value.
