With the explosion of mobile data volume, future mobile networks require larger network capacity. Therefore, dense cell deployment has become an inevitable trend for future cellular networks. However, dense cell deployment will bring more serious inter-cell interference, which is especially obvious for users at the edge of the cell. Therefore, how to mitigate inter-cell interference to make "edge" users get higher Quality of Services(Qo S)is becoming more and more important.Recently,Coordinated Multi-point(Co MP)transmissions are proposed as a core technology to mitigate inter-cell interference. At present,Joint Transmission(JT)is an effective implementation of Co MP.Through reasonable scheduling,it can not only effectively mitigate inter-cell interference, but also greatly improve the throughput of edge users, and therefore the Qo S of "edge" users. This thesis studies how to properly perform transmission resource scheduling under the basis of JT technology with given data transmission request,so that the data transmission request of "edge" users is completed in the shortest time.Through joint dynamic clustering, user scheduling and power controlling, this problem is firstly formulated as a combinatorial optimization problem.Later, this thesis proves that this problem is NP-hard.Two heuristic algorithms for the scenarios of static task and dynamic task are also presented, respectively. The simulation results show that the two heuristic algorithms have a significant performance improvement in transmission delay and network throughput compared to the case where JT is not employed in the corresponding scenario. In addition, the experimental results also show that the algorithm in dynamic scene obtains better transmission delay and throughput than that in the static scene.
