In recent years,with the wide popularity of mobile intelligent terminals,access to information and information service is also becoming available,in the information services,Location-based services have become an inseparable part in various fields and the core retrieval requirements of information services playing a very important role.This paper studies and designs a location privacy protection system for smart phones.Based on the principle of virtual MAC address change and exchange,this paper implements a covering technique of space area.After the user enters the designated privacy area,the system will suppress the use of the location,and after the user leaves the privacy area,change the MAC address with other users entering the area,so as to ensure that the user's location is not tracked or recognized.Furthermore,a method of location privacy protection based on spatial ambiguity is proposed.By reducing the accuracy of the location to make it impossible to lock the user's location accurately,the possibility of location-based services is guaranteed as much as possible.It provides users with a customizable control method for the degree of location privacy,enabling them to adjust the location accuracy information according to their current situation,so as to maximize the balance between privacy and the availability of location-based services.Finally,a practical method of location privacy protection is proposed.It makes the cost of privacy protection on the client side minimal.The implementation of the system on the Android platform can also run on the platform that supports the usage method of authorized location.The feasibility of the system is verified through the simulation experiment based on real data.
