Aiming at the application background of high power microwave transmission and the current situation of high power feeder network,this paper focuses on the research of all-metal broadband antenna unit and array mode with high power capacity.On the basis of theoretical discussion,three different types of broadband antenna elements and a feeder network system are studied and designed by using numerical simulation method.The detailed theoretical analysis and numerical optimization of these schemes are carried out in the paper.The research contents include the following aspects:1.Selection of antenna unitIn order to satisfy the requirement of high power capacity of GW operating in 0.5-2 GHz frequency band,all-metal antenna is proposed as the radiation element.Based on the existing mature antenna theory,the structure parameters are optimized and the appropriate feeding mode is selected to improve the radiation characteristics of the element as far as possible.An antenna unit fed by parallel waveguide plate and an antenna unit fed by coaxial line are designed.The radiant arms are all in the form of gradual opening,and the standing wave ratio can be stabilized below 2 in the operating frequency band while achieving good gain.2.The choice of multiple array modes.The influence of parameters of rectangular array on performance under large aperture condition is studied.The results show that the sidelobe level near the main lobe can be reduced by placing the antenna element at the origin,and the mutual coupling between the elements can be reduced by adopting sparse array,but the sidelobe gain can also be higher.Side lobes can be effectively suppressed by dense array arrangement,but the mutual coupling between elements is difficult to eliminate for different cell structures.3.Design of very equal amplitude in-phase power divider and one dimensional array.A 10 cm coaxial rotating waveguide is designed.The waveguides can transmit signals in the same amplitude and phase by reasonable design,and radiate outward by combining the back-end one-dimensional double-ridged horn array.Initially realized the application demand in the high power field.
