The real-time dynamic measurement precision of the horizontal attitude of the model required by wind tunnel experiment is continuously improved.For the mini test model in wind tunnel,the high-precision IMU(Inertial Measurement Unit)is often limited in volume and weight,while the single MIMU(Micro Inertial Measurement Unit)system is usually difficult to meet the requirements in terms of the precision of the horizontal attitude dynamic measurement.1)This paper studies two methods of horizontal attitude dynamic measurement based on inertial sensor to solve the above problems.One is the device-level dynamic attitude measurement algorithm,and the other is the system-level dynamic attitude measurement algorithm.By comparing these two algorithms,the appropriate dynamic measurement method of horizontal attitude is found.2)A method is proposed to replace MEMS(Micro Electro Mechanical System)accelerometer with a high-precision accelerometer and combine it with MEMS gyroscope for dynamic measurement of system-level attitude.It can satisfy the volume limitation of the mini test model in wind tunnel,and improve the precision of dynamic measurement of horizontal attitude.3)The method of dynamic accuracy evaluation based on the measurement results of high-precision IMU system is proposed.The influence of installation error,time synchronization and other factors on the accuracy of measurement experiment and evaluation is also solved.4)The actual measurement results are analyzed.It is found that the precision of the device-level attitude measurement is directly related to the accuracy of the accelerometer.And its result of static measurement can get high precision,but its result of dynamic measurement is not satisfactory.The system-level attitude measurement can ensure the dynamic and static measurement results are consistent,and the high accuracy can be achieved by using the combination measurement method of high-precision accelerometer and MEMS gyroscope.
