As the demand for high quality images continues to increase,the design of modern optical imaging systems is becoming increasingly complex.In order to better eliminate image blurring of lens imaging,more and more complicated design of traditional optical system leads to high price.Computational photography is a new photographic technology that has emerged in recent years.It is based on a large number of calculations,combined with digital sensors,using ingenious light to replace the heavy and expensive combination lens.This project is based on a light and affordable simple lens system,which is constructed by one or a few lenses.This paper proposes an image recovery algorithm for image blur caused by simple lens.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Study and analyze the principle of simple lens imaging and its special optical characteristics.Analyze the structural characteristics of blur kernel caused by the special optical characteristics of simple lens imaging system,and make the recovery problem translate into a multi-channel Deconvolution(MCD)problem,in which the simple-lens image recovery problem is modeled.(2)For the blurred image obtained by the simple lens imaging system,this paper adopts a multi-channel blind deconvolution image restoration algorithm based on the maximum posterior probability,and proposes a new blur kernel and image prior.Increasing the accuracy of the estimated blur kernel,as knwn as the Point Spread Function(PSF),improves the quality of the final image restoration.(3)The Robust Alternating Directions Method of Multipliers(RADMM)optimization algorithm is to solve the image restoration convex optimization problem.The algorithm is based on the Alternating Direction Multiplier Method(ADMM)algorithm framework.Certain robustness increases the applicability of the algorithm and the practicability of the simple lens computing imaging system.(4)Based on the simulation picture and the actual simple lens imaging picture,the proposed algorithm is verified by experiments.The results show that the proposed algorithm,utilizing more structural characteristics of simple lens image,in solving blind deblurring problem,performs better than the single-channel blind deblurring algorithm.Simple lens computing imaging is a relatively new research topic in the field of image processing and optical design.It has important research value and broad application market.This research is still in the initial stage of exploration and there is also a need for more innovative and extensively detailed work.
