With the development of industry and the advancement of science and technology,three-dimensional measurement technology is playing an increasingly important role in the fields of industrial production,quality inspection,plastic surgery,artificial intelligence and other fields.Optical dynamic 3D measurement technology has become a research hotspot in the field of 3D measurement.Optical three-dimensional phase measurement technology based on phase shift fringe projection can quickly obtain high-precision three-dimensional data,this is a very important optical three-dimensional measurement technology.The main factors affecting the accuracy of phase shift fringe projection dynamic 3D measurement are the phase shift error caused by motion and the lack of local fringe.This thesis has done research in these two aspects and exporeld solutions.The main contents of the paper are:(1)The basic principle and phase extraction method of fringe projection measurement system are introduced.The main problems in measuring dynamic objects are analyzed.(2)The advantages and disadvantages of the existing method for extracting the actual phase shift amount of fringe are analyzed.A windowed Fourier transform-assisted phase shift method combined with image segmentation and Gerchberg iterative algorithm is proposed to improve the accuracy of phase shift extraction at fringe transitions,thereby improving the phase estimation accuracy.(3)Analyze the local and temporal loss of the fringe caused by motion.It is proposed to use the iterative method for fringe patching,then use the windowed Fourier transform to assist the phase shift method to extract the phase shift amount,and finally use the phase shift method to estimate the phase.(4)A phase-shift fringe projection dynamicthree-dimensional topography measurement system was set up for comparative experiments to verify the correctness of the proposed method.Innovation of this paper is as follows:(1)A windowed Fourier transform-assisted phase shift method is combined with image segmentation and Gerchberg iterative algorithm to improve the phase estimation accuracy.(2)An iterative method for patching local fringes is proposed,which greatly improves the phase estimation accuracy at the local missing points of the fringes.
