The electrolyte ion concentration signal in human body fluids studied in this subject belongs to the low-frequency weak signal under strong noise background,which fully complies with the two-layer definition of "weak signal" : the signal strength is very weak,and the range is the polarization current signal;the signal is detected And the transmission process is interfered by the human body itself,the detection device,etc.,causing the effective information to be completely submerged by noise.Based on this background,this paper studies and analyzes the electrolyte ion concentration signal from sensor acquisition,effective signal extraction,large parameter stochastic resonance system detection,and practical engineering application design.The main research contents are as follows:1.In view of the influence of external factors(such as temperature,pH value,interference ions,etc.)on the measurement accuracy when collecting electrolyte ions in body fluid by ion selective electrode method,a multi-point calibration method based on Nernst equation is proposed to process the data,and a mathematical model of the relationship between the corrected ion concentration and potential is established.2.This paper focuses on the application of knowledge-based group intelligent adaptive optimization of parameters of stochastic resonance system in nonlinear multi frequency weak signal detection.From the point of view of reducing the height of transition threshold,this paper discusses the relationship between system parameters and critical transition threshold,signal-to-noise ratio of output signal and Kramers escape rate.Simulation results are used as a priori knowledge of system parameter range determination and fitness function.A new evaluation standard of adaptive algorithm isproposed.The output signal-to-noise ratio of the system is redefined and used as the adaptation of adaptive algorithm The multi-objective optimization performance of genetic algorithm,particle swarm optimization algorithm and crowd search algorithm intelligent algorithm is analyzed and compared.The experimental results show that genetic algorithm is more suitable for the regulation of stochastic resonance parameters of weak ion signal characteristics of this research object.3.Based on the research of the method of extracting electrolyte ion concentration signal and adaptive stochastic resonance algorithm,a weak signal detection circuit of adaptive modulation stochastic resonance system for detecting electrolyte ion concentration signal is built.The feasibility of each scheme is verified by the simulation of each module and the on-line test of the real object..
