With the development and progress of the times,Against the backgrounds of economic globalization and international competition,the whole world has entered the times of knowledge economy.From the point of view of the operation effect of cabling manufacturing enterprises,the lowest cost and product differentiation are the key competitive advantages of cabling manufacturing enterprises nowadays.The E-SOP system also has a very good role in promoting the operation effect of the company and handling the details.The benchmark for the correct guidance of the E-SOP system for standard work.Handling official business without paper,reduce costs for enterprises,maximize profits and improve the image of enterprises,greatly improve the response speed of shopfloor.This thesis designs and implements an E-SOP system,which standardizes the production behavior of operators and Cabling Shopfloor,realizes the controllability and control of field operation safety and product quality,solves the problems of standardization and quality control of Cabling Shopfloor,makes the standardized operation management of the company on-site real-time and intuitive,optimizes the production and execution efficiency of production lines,and reduces the production cost of production lines.It mainly includes three parts: the main requirements of E-SOP system in cabling workshop are analyzed by UML modeling.the design implementation of the Web client and the API support of the server:1.Standardized design of E-SOP system.The general structure design of the three-tier architecture is completed by UML modeling the specific requirements of each functional module of the electronic job guidance system to requirement modeling.2.Implementing the Core Function Module of E-SOP System.Based on vb.net,the interface and business logic of the main function modules are realized,and the core functions such as job information reminder and feedback,quality inspection,SOP and management and configuration of production technical documents are supported.3.Realize the API and system integration of the E-SOP system.It allows maintenance en engineer realize data exchange with other information systems of the company through simple configuration and maintenance,including SAP,PLM server,in ERP,internal information platform,technical document management system,etc.Finally,through functional testing and performance testing,it is proved that each functional module of the system can run stably and correctly.Through system testing and user usage,this system can achieve the expected purpose of this thesis and achieve the expected effect.
