With the increasing complexity of test components in the aerospace microwave field,including the hardware structure of the microwave components,the type and number of components,the method of component testing,and the high requirements for the test component parameters of the aerospace radar system,The demand for microwave automatic test systems with high precision,high versatility,high speed,and support for multi-channel testing is increasing.The UWB RF automatic test system is designed to meet this demand.The system supports automatic and semi-automatic testing of general microwave components and multi-channel T / R components,and supports the testing of all microwave parameters,such as power parameters,spectrum parameters,and noise parameters,channel parameters,etc.In this paper,the development of the ultra-wideband RF automatic test system is carried out based on the actual testing needs of the aerospace microwave field,Developed a set of automatic test equipment that adapts to the power supply signal and control signal,supports multi-channel test,and integrates the test system.This article first sorts out the functional requirements and index parameters of the automatic test system,and researches and discusses the development plan,and then designs the hardware and software of the automatic test system in detail according to the plan.The hardware design of the test system is divided into a shelf system,a microwave test adapter chassis,a control signal board system,etc.The shelf system is the external hardware design of the test system and the selection of mi crowave instruments;the microwave test adapter chassis is switched according to the system channel requirements and parameter testing require the design of microwave channel switching equipment;the control signal board realizes the output of the control signal required by the microwave test components and the real-time collection and display of the test system power supply system signal.The system software is the design of the test system interface.The automatic test system software includes several parts such as instrument initialization,automatic test,manual test,and data playback.The instrument initialization is to initialize all microwave instruments of the system,obtain the instrument control handle,and perform subsequent programming.design;the automatic test part is the core design of the UWB RF automatic test system software.After clicking the automatic test button,the user chooses microwave parameters to test,then the system will automatically run to get the corresponding parameters of the microwave test component,and display on the interface to save the database;In manual test users can use the corresponding microwave instruments to manually test the microwave parameters;In data playback users can playback the microwave parameters of the corresponding microwave test components in the database.Finally,this article conducted a joint debugging of the developed ultra-wideband RF automatic test system,including microwave parameters of the microwave test adapter chassis,related parameter tests of the control signal board,and the operation of the test system software.The system test data was completely recorded and analyzed.
