Most of the command and control information of modern battlefields is transmitted by electromagnetic waves,and the communication radiation sources that emit electromagnetic waves are closely related to the combat troops.The behavior of the communication radiation sources can reflect the offensive and defensive status of the unit,and its cognitive behavior can provide an important basis for target recognition and tactical application and provide assistance and reference for electromagnetic situation estimation and threat level assessment.Based on the intelligent learning method,this paper mines the trajectory data of the radiation source and realizes partial cognition of the motion behavior.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The research status of trajectory anomaly detection,data mining and behavior analysis at home and abroad is analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of different algorithms are compared,and the research ideas are given.(2)Aiming at the incomplete data of motion trajectory,the criterion of incomplete trajectory detection is proposed.The algorithm of trajectory completion is given,and the trajectory data of radiation source is completed.(3)The DTW algorithm is used to define the trajectory similarity criterion,and the density peak clustering algorithm is proposed to establish the model of the radiance of the radiation source,which realizes the anomaly detection of the trajectory of the communication source.(4)The behavior of the trajectory is detected,and the behavior analysis of the normal trajectory establishes a white list,and combined with the limitations of the key areas,the abnormal trajectory is evaluated for abnormality and behavioral cognition.The above algorithms are verified by experiments and the results show the effectiveness of the algorithms.And the activity behavior cognition system is established,which can complete the trajectory data,detect the abnormal trajectory,and find the behavior of the trajectory anomaly.
