The MIMO system has been widely used in the modern communication systems.Due to the multipath and multiuser interference,there is severe intersymbol interference at the receiving end of MIMO system.Blind equalization technology can effectively reduce the interference.The traditional blind equalization algorithm is studied in a Gaussian noise environment.However,the noise of the communication channel in the complex electromagnetic environment has significant pulse characteristics.This kind of noise is more suitable for describing with ? stable distribution.It has been found that the traditional Gaussian distribution cannot correctly summarize this type of noise,and the performance of corresponding equalization method will also decrease.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research on the blind equalization technology of MIMO system in?-stable distribution noise environment.This paper mainly studies the blind equalization problem of MIMO system in ?-stable distribution noise environment.The specific work that has been done is as follow:The definition of ?-stable distribution is studied,and the three special cases of ?-stable distribution are discussed.The ?-stable distribution noise is applied to the traditional blind equalization algorithm.Through simulation comparison,it is found that the traditional methods fails in this environment due to the pulse characteristic of noise.Introduce a new meta-heuristic algorithm—cuckoo search algorithm and applied it into blind equalization algorithm.Aiming at the shortcomings of existing algorithms such as the slow convergence rate and low optimization efficiency,the cuckoo search algorithm is improved by the Starling behavior and adaptive discovery probability.Then the improved Cuckoo search is applied to the blind equalization technique under ?-stable distributed noise.Simulation show that this combination algorithm can effectively accelerate the convergence rate and reduce the steady state error.A new blind equalization algorithm based on the cosine cost function is introduced.The algorithm is improved to work properly in ?-stable distribution noise environment.This algorithm is then introduced into the convex combination structure,further reducing the steady state error.The blind equalization algorithm simulation platform has been constructed,and applied the methods proposed in previous chapters to the platform in SIMO and MIMO channels.The new simulation platform provides a clear way to check the performance of algorithms.
