Light field technology can simultaneously record its position and angle information to make the 3D stereo vision measurement system based on light field data more portable,which has also become a hot issue for researchers in the field of contemporary measurement.It can be seen that the study of light field imaging theory and 3D stereo vision measurement method based on light field data has important theoretical significance and application value.This thesis mainly researches the 3D stereo vision measurement method based on light field imaging.It includes three aspects: light field camera formation,correction analysis and calibration method research,light field imaging depth estimation algorithm research,and light field imaging stereo vision measurement method research.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:1.Perform in-depth research and analysis on the imaging mechanism of light field cameras,decoding correction of light field data,and light field data Further,this chapter proposes a light-field camera sub-aperture calibration method using bundle adjustment algorithm.2.In-depth study of three depth estimation methods based on multi-view images,polar plane images,and multi-cues fusion.A stereo matching algorithm based on sub-pixel accuracy,a depth estimation algorithm based on light field EPI,and a depth estimation method based on multi-cue fusion are proposed.3.In order to improve the convenience of the three-point light pen measurement system,in order to solve the problem that the traditional light pen measurement system adopts the P3 P algorithm to have multiple solutions,a variety of error solutions are proposed.First,a new light pen-type three-coordinate measurement system based on light-field EPI is proposed.A rotating parallelogram operator(SPO)is used to calculate the slope of the measured point on the EPI image to obtain the depth information of the measured object.Then,using the light field refocusing feature,a three-point light pen multi-solution exclusion algorithm based on light field fuzzy cues is proposed.Finally,the light field imaging multi-cue depth information analysis is combined with the three-point light pen visual measurement,and a three-point light pen visual measurement method based on light field multi-cue fusion is proposed. |
